Account validity period: The account will be automatically deleted 6 months after the package expires.
Account restrictions: 1 account per person for personal packages, shared accounts are automatically blocked by the system.
Types of Packages: Varies depending on time.
Package price: It is priced according to the comprehensive cost of the server cost, network conditions, and customer service costs at that time. The price will change according to time, and there is no agreement such as refund due to price changes.
Package conversion: After different packages are sold, they cannot be converted to each other during the period, including monthly payment, quarterly payment, and annual payment packages. However, it can be changed at the time of new subscription.
Server: Please do not disseminate server node information on the public network. If found, the account will be deleted and no refund will be given.
Bandwidth: The server bandwidth starts from 1000M optical fiber network, and the receiving bandwidth of the client depends on the user's current network environment.
Traffic: For 99% of users, the traffic is unlimited, but this site will have a soft speed limit of 200GB to protect the reasonable use rights of each user, and the traffic will be recalculated on the 1st of each month.
Service Availability: No downtime throughout the year, to ensure that the server meets the SLA 99% online standard under normal circumstances, the server is deployed globally, and the number of servers is dynamically adjusted according to the situation. The total number of available servers for each customer and the number of countries/regions are not guaranteed. The number of available servers may vary based on the customer's location, subscription plan, and client app.
Service restrictions: It is not guaranteed to be able to access normally in mainland China, and it is not guaranteed to be able to watch high-definition videos such as YouTube smoothly. The network speed may fluctuate due to the influence of international lines, which generally occurs between 6:00 and 12:00 in the evening peak hours, or special time slot interference. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, various network attacks, etc., the service may be affected. When such a situation occurs, the site is responsible for restoring the service and notifying relevant information as soon as possible.
Prohibited use: Prohibit sending spam, DDoS denial of service attacks, prohibiting Thunder, BT, eMule and other P2P or other network tools to download or distribute Internet information content that is illegal, violates the law, violates copyright, hinders network security, etc. Once found, the account will be banned and No refunds.
Payment: All service fees on this site are billed in US dollars, and may be paid in the currency supported by your payment method, and you will be responsible for the exchange rate conversion and other handling fees.
Refund: This site does not provide a refund service. Please try it first before purchasing a package. After purchasing the service, you cannot request a refund for problems that are not related to the use of the account itself, such as slow speed and unsmooth operation.
